Chubby Shark Playroom is growing and we are looking for passionate, child-friendly team members to join our crew in Frazer, Pennsylvania. Open Position 1: Playroom Manager

Employment Type: W-2 Employee, approximately 35 hours per week. Pay: $20 per hour, approximately $3,465 per month including employer taxes.

The Playroom Manager is the heart of daily operations at Chubby Shark Playroom. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring every family has a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities include daily operations oversight, customer check-in, session management, party coordination, vendor communication, staff scheduling, and weekly reporting to the owner. You will also handle safety enforcement, Smartwaiver re-verification, and venue opening and closing.

Open Position 2: Session Assistant

Employment Type: Part-time W-2 Employee, 20 to 25 hours per week combined across the team. Pay: $12 to $15 per hour.

Session Assistants are the friendly, energetic team members who keep our playroom safe, clean, and fun during every open play session. You will work alongside the Playroom Manager to ensure children and parents have a great experience. Responsibilities include floor supervision, setup and cleanup between sessions, customer service at entry, party room assistance, and safety policy enforcement. This role is ideal for people who love working with young children and families.

Open Position 3: Party Host

Employment Type: Part-time and flexible W-2, shift-based and scheduled per party booking. Pay: $15 per hour during party shifts.

The Party Host brings energy, warmth, and organization to our birthday party events. You will be assigned to Hammerhead and Megalodon party packages, ensuring the birthday child and all guests have an unforgettable celebration. Responsibilities include dedicated party room hosting, coordinating with food vendors such as VIP Pizza and TukTuk Thai Kitchen, executing decor setup and breakdown, managing the party timeline, and supporting the event photographer during Megalodon events.
