To ensure a safe and splashing time for all our little sharks, we require a signed digital waiver for every child entering the playroom. This simple step helps us maintain a secure environment where families can play with peace of mind.
- Required for every child (ages 1–6)
- Valid for 12 months from the date of signing

- Must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
