Do I need to book in advance?

Advance booking via Wix Bookings is strongly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome only when capacity is available, and sessions — especially on weekends — fill up fast. Booking guaranteesyour spot.

What does the $20 ticket include?

Accepted Answer

Each $20 child ticket includes one (1) accompanying adult and one (1) free café drink (espresso, latte, Thai tea, or green tea). Additional adults are $5 per person per session.

Question 3

Can I bring my infant?

Accepted Answer

Children under 12 months enter free, as long as at least one sibling is purchasing a session ticket. All guests, including infants, must be listed on a completed Smartwaiver.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll issue a 1-month booking credit to use toward a future session. No cash refunds are given for open play.

Question 5

What if I arrive and the session is full?

Accepted Answer

We cannot hold spots for walk-ins. If a session is at capacity, we won’t be able to accommodate you that day. Book in advance to guarantee your spot!

Are socks required?

Accepted Answer

Yes — socks are required for everyone in the play area, adults included. Forgot yours? We sell socks at the front desk.
