Chubby Shark Playroom & Café is operated by Evara Care Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit chubbysharkmalvern.com, book or buy from us, sign our waiver, or visit our playroom, and how we use and protect it.

By using our website or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Information you give us

Contact and account details: name, email, phone number, and login details when you create an account, contact us, or join our newsletter.
Bookings, parties and memberships: booking date and time, party details (theme, guest count, special requests), membership plan, and purchase history.
Waiver information: the waiver is completed through Smartwaiver and includes the signing adult's name, contact details and signature, and each child's name and date of birth. If you tell us about allergies or medical needs so we can keep your child safe, we collect that too.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider [e.g., Wix Payments / Stripe / Square]. We do not store full card numbers.
Messages and feedback: anything you send us by email, phone, contact form or social media.

Information collected automatically

Website data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies by our website platform (Wix) and any analytics tools we use.

Information collected at our facility

Check-in records: visit dates and check-in times.
Security cameras: our facility may use video cameras for safety and security.
Photos: we may take photos or videos of the play area or events. See "How we use information" for how we handle images of children.

Process bookings, parties, memberships, café orders and payments.
Verify that a signed waiver is on file and manage check-in.

Send newsletters and promotions, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Photos and videos of children. We will not post identifiable photos or videos of your child on our website or social media without a parent's or guardian's permission. You can ask us to remove any image of you or your child at any time.

Children's privacy

Our playroom serves children ages 0–8, but our website and online services are meant for parents and adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online.

Information about a child, such as name, date of birth or allergies, is provided by a parent or guardian through our waiver or booking process. We use it only to run the visit safely.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information directly, contact us at support@chubbysharkmalvern.com and we will delete it.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies: our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work (such as login and booking) and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.
Marketing emails: you can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by emailing us. We will still send messages about your bookings.
Do Not Track: our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Signed waivers and incident records are kept for as long as required for legal and insurance purposes, which can be several years because claims involving minors may be brought after they turn 18. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

How we protect information

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, limit staff access to what they need, and never store full card numbers. No system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Pennsylvania law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing. Email support@chubbysharkmalvern.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some records (such as signed waivers) when the law or our insurance requires it.
